Terms of sale
Effective October 2026
Ordering
Orders are placed through our website and are not binding on Marogen Bio until confirmed by email. We may adjust or cancel an order before it ships if information provided is incomplete, inaccurate or unverifiable, or if the research-use attestation described in our research use policy cannot be confirmed.
Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is collected where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price charged on an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Wholesale tiers
Approved wholesale accounts purchase against tiered volume pricing starting at 50 units per product, with further tiers as monthly volume grows. See our wholesale page for details and to apply.
Documentation we provide
Every shipment includes a lot-matched certificate of analysis issued by Freedom Diagnostics, our independent third-party testing partner, reporting purity by HPLC-UV, identity by LC-MS, and net content for that specific lot. The same certificate is published to the product's lot page and to our certificate library.
Limitation of use
Products are sold strictly for the research use described in our research use policy. Buyers are solely responsible for using purchased materials in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and institutional policies.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marogen Bio's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of research data or time, arising from the use or misuse of any product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from a purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
