Shipping and returns

Effective October 2026

Shipping

Orders ship from California to US addresses only. Nasal spray products ship cold-chain and are kept between 2 and 8°C in transit. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders over $200 ship free; smaller orders are charged shipping at checkout. Sales tax is collected where required by law.

Returns and replacements

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email orders@marogenbio.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they ship. Email orders@marogenbio.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot cancel or modify an order once it has left our facility.
